What if we need the facility for additional hours?
The facility can be rented for additional hours from £35.00 to £175.00 per hour.

Are we required to clean-up the night of the party?
Yes. Usually the facility must be cleaned by you before you leave the premises after your party. This is a nice option for persons working with a tight budget but must be completed with the site vacated by 1.00 a.m. Otherwise, we will provide the clean-up for an additional £250.00.

Does your facility offer any set-up, clean-up or decoration options?
Yes. We can set-up your tables, chairs and linens for an additional £150.00, and provide the clean-up for £250.00 . These services can be purchased up to 2 weeks prior to your party.

Are we required to use your caterer?
No, not necessarily but we can provide catering; please visit the Preferred Supplier section for a list of vendors in the area from whom you will receive a discount.

What type of decorations are allowed?
Turn our barn into your castle! Any decorations are allowed as long as it does not harm the facility and is legal. Our outside area is perfect for parties that include children because we allow activities such as bouncy castles and petting zoos on the grassed area. We have also host "casino" style parties because the facility is perfect for setting up black jack and roulette tables. So, have fun and let your imagination take over!

Is there a dance floor?
Yes. We have a large floor perfect for dancing.

Are chairs and tables part of your package?
No. Chairs and tables including table linens can be rented if required.
