Orders & Inquiries

All balloon orders and styling services begin with an inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking until you receive written confirmation from Party Barn.

We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing varies based on the scope of services, materials, and details selected.
Final pricing will be provided in writing before your order is confirmed.

Payment terms, deposits, and due dates will be outlined at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

Because our work is custom and often prepared in advance:

  • Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on how close to the event date they occur.

  • Changes to orders are subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible.

  • Deposits and payments may be non-refundable once materials or preparation has begun.

Specific cancellation and refund terms will be shared at the time of booking.

Event Styling & Setup

For event styling services:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and location.

  • Party Barn is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Setup areas must be accessible and ready at the scheduled time.

Balloon Care & Responsibility

Once balloons or décor have been delivered or picked up, Party Barn is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Heat, sunlight, or humidity

  • Handling by guests or third parties

  • Environmental factors beyond our control

We provide care recommendations to help your balloons look their best, but we cannot guarantee longevity due to these variables.

Use of Photos

By working with Party Barn, you grant permission for us to photograph our work and use images for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.
If you prefer that your event not be photographed or shared, please let us know in writing before your event.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and design—belongs to Party Barn and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
